You first address your complaint / question by email to our internal complaints officer mrs. C. Bergs via: firstname.lastname@example.org. She will contact you within 5 working days to discuss the issue.
Please note: complaints are not initially dealt with by telephone.
If after this first step you are still left with an unexpected problem, you can submit it to the independent Healthcare Complaints Desk. An employee of the Complaints Desk will try to resolve your complaint with information and advice and can put you in touch with an independent complaints officer. He can mediate between you and us, so that together we can still find a good solution. You can easily reach the Healthcare Complaints Desk by calling telephone number 070-310 53 92.
