Step 1

You first address your complaint / question by email to our internal complaints officer mrs. C. Bergs via: She will contact you within 5 working days to discuss the issue.
Please note: complaints are not initially dealt with by telephone.

Step 2

If you are still left with an unexpected problem after this first step, you can submit it to the Koninklijke Nederlandse Maatschappij ter bevordering van de Tandheelkunde.
